Sorry about that, we'll get it squared away.  Just send me a photo of the damage and I'll exchange your item or give you a full refund.

What is your return policy?

If you have a problem please contact me.  Returns will be determined on a case by case basis.  The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with a return.
